Blue Willow Mercantile – Return & Exchange Policy
At Blue Willow Mercantile, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cut fabric (including yardage, pre-cuts, and custom cuts)
- Patterns, books, and digital downloads
- Clearance or sale items
- Special orders
Fabric & Notions
- Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered is not eligible for return.
- Notions and tools must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We gladly offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Online Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Workshops & Classes
- Class fees are non-refundable unless canceled by Blue Willow Mercantile.
- If you are unable to attend, store credit may be issued if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
