IQC: Intro to Quilting
Intro to Quilting: Are you brand new to sewing and would like to take a class to start off your quilting journey? Intro to quilting is the class for you. In this class we will go over setting up your sewing area, care of your machine, choosing and understanding the right fabric, needles, presser foot and thread for your project, rotary cutting safety, and pressing vs. ironing. This class is a predatory class for the Beginning Piecing Class.

BPC: Beginning Piecing Class
In this class you will learn all the tips and tricks for piecing a perfect quilt from our expert quilter. You will learn piecing techniques for the flying geese block, four patch block, nine patch block, half square triangle, and rail fence block. While learning these simple pieced blocks you will be able to put together a beautiful baby quilt. Kits will be available in the store for purchase or you can pick out your own fabrics. The pattern will be sent your email after you purchase the class.

In this class you will learn all the tips and tricks for piecing a perfect quilt from our expert quilter. In this class, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently choose the perfect border for your quilt—whether it’s a classic single border, a double border, a pieced design, or a more decorative finish. We’ll cover how to accurately measure for both borders and binding, along with helpful tips and tricks for attaching them with ease. You’ll also gain a better understanding of different batting options and how to select the right one to achieve the look and feel you want for your quilt.

KQC: Kaleidoscope Quilt Class
The Kaleidoscope Quilt is a beautiful quilt that shows a repeating pattern in a circular shape using a 60 degree ruler. In this class you will learn how to create a unique and beautiful work of art using this the techniques taught here. Students will learn the stack and cut technique and arrangement of your very own kaleidoscope.

In this class you will learn how to create a unique and beautiful work of art using this the techniques taught here. The Shuttle Quilt was designed by Heather Akerberg from Glad Hand Sews. It is a modern quilt pattern that combines solid blocks and stripped pieced blocks laid out in a special way.
